When starting out as an online personal trainer some trainers get overwhelmed with the technology needed to provide an incredible service.
In this short video I give you simple tips to make technology and software really easy when starting out as an online trainer.
If you're not in a position to watch the video here is a written version of the three simple tips:
1 - Start off really simple. Set up with one client at a time and only give that client what they need. Nothing more, nothing less.
Most clients would need assessment, training programs, a few coaching videos, and then focus on a single habit that they can tick off at a time.
2 - Do your messaging through something that's convenient for both you and the client. Have a chat with them beforehand and decide what will work best. Maybe it's phone calls, maybe it's messenger, maybe it's email, decide on one method and keep it very simple for both you and them.
3 - As you go along, you can then think about building your systems and scaling your business, but there's no need to do that right at the beginning. Great software should make your life easy to begin with and let you expand and scale as much as you like as you grow your online training business.
