Welcome to the fourth in our PTD Flow video series, where we show you how easy it is to do online personal training with PT Distinction .

In this video, we will show you the many things you can do to save time when creating programs using the PT Distinction personal trainer software.

One of the big things PT Distinction does is it saves you a massive amount of time coaching your clients.

In this video, we're going to look at a few of the things you can do to save time when creating programs. For this one, we'll go up to the library and go to Programs taken from your templates.

You can take entire programs with all of the workouts to do that, come over to the three dots and copy to clients or group.

You can change the name and then I'll go into edit the program. As you can see, you've got the whole program. So every single workout inside this program. For the purpose of this video,

I'm going to switch into the alternative view in the workout builder as well as using full programs from your templates, you can take individual workouts and individual sections of workouts. So to do that, I'll go to add workouts and I'll take from templates.

Choose which one you want and the workout, and then you can add it, and you'll see that the whole workout is now added in. You can also take just a section if you want to. So if you've got a particular cool-down warm-up or something that you want to take from your templates, you can also do that.

Come to add a section, three dots, and from templates, and then choose the section that you like. So lots of flexibility in how you use your templates. Inside the PT Distinction program builder you get the same flexibility with copying and pasting.

You can come up to a workout, and you can copy and paste the workout. Copy and come over to add a workout and paste.

Select the one that you've copied and add that in and you get the same option to do it again with just a section if you wish to. So if you particularly like your cooldown, you can copy that section, come down, and where it says add a section, go to paste, select whichever section you'd like to use, and it's added in.

Another nice time saver that I'd like to show you in the video is that you can drag and drop your workouts and your sections anywhere you like. So if you want to change the order, just drag it and drop it in. Same with the section or even four single exercises you can reorder very, very easily.
