As I'm sure you know we add exercises to PT Distinction most months. These exercises include videos, images for printouts, written coaching points and the correct tracking variables for each exercise.
Every exercise we add is from the requests of our amazing members.
We currently have a very large number filmed and ready to go up (just over 300 at last count).
Due to this large number we will be adding a few every day over the next couple of weeks rather than all of them in one massive batch.
To keep you up to date I will post every day on the blog a list of the new exercises added and do a round up each week.
