How to Make Perfect Programs For Online Personal Training Clients
What are the differences you have to consider when creating programs for online personal training clients as opposed to face to face clients?
There are a few key elements that are vital to your clients success.... Fear not..... I've got a great video at the bottom showing you exactly how to do this.
When training clients online the first thing you need is exercise videos!
Without videos clients are never really sure of how to execute each exercise..... Unless your giving them 40 minutes on the treadmill followed by a circuit at Curves!!..... But I hope your better than that!
Your programs should include every acute variable such as sets, reps, tempo and rest periods... Perhaps even an intensity level.
Then explain to your client how they should execute their training program.... If you simply say do a superset would your client have a clue what you mean?.... As an online trainer you should educate them on EXACTLY what they need to do EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
Then you need for them to have a way to use your program when in the gym (or wherever you want them to train).... Perhaps an App or even just the ability to print it out with exercise descriptions and photos will do.
