Here’s exactly how you can do it step-by-step:

Step 1: Navigate to Your Workout Section

  • Go to your chosen workout section within PT Distinction.

Step 2: Open the Bulk Editing Option

  • Click the three dots (options menu) next to your section name.
  • Select “All Sets, Reps, etc.”

Step 3: Quickly Input Your Workout Details

  • Enter your sets, reps, tempo, and rest values into the provided fields.
  • Use the Tab key to rapidly move between fields for maximum efficiency.

Step 4: Save and Customize (If Needed)

Step 5: Finalize Your Workout

  • Confirm all details are accurate, then press save again to finalize your setup.
