I DO NOT believe in catch-all diet plans. Keto, Paleo and the like are great... but they do not suit the preferences and needs of certain individuals. Eating from a variety of foods is much better than limiting them to only few choices.
LIFT WEIGHTS AND MOVE. Building a strong foundation is more important than losing fat and muscle. The more muscle you add to your body through weight lifting, the more calories are burned. Building muscle DOES NOT make you bulky. Rather it leans you out. Muscle becomes more noticeable due to shredding of excess skin. GO SQUAT. GO DEADLIFT. GO BENCH PRESS. GO LIFT!
6 MONTHS TO 1 YEAR
To get results that are lasting, I spend AT LEAST 6 months with each client. You cannot expect meaningful results in less than 6 months. It takes almost 2 months alone for most people to even begin to reset their mindset to a new lifestyle. In this time period, people learn new habits and techniques that become ingrained in their brain so they do not relapse. We meet every 2 weeks to discuss their progress to see if we need to revamp or to advance their plans.
