The Hypermobile PT
The Hypermobile PT was founded by Raimy-Rose Lewis, a personal trainer, nutrition coach and disability advocate living with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Raimy recognised a significant gap in the fitness industry. A lack of safe, informed, and compassionate training for hypermobile and chronically ill bodies.
Raimy specialises in hypermobile aware and inclusive movement, with an approach that prioritises stability and strength over intensity or extremes. Programs are intentionally designed to reduce injury risk, minimise flare-ups, and help clients rebuild trust with movement at their own pace.
The Hypermobile PT supports individuals who are hypermobile, living with chronic pain or fatigue or returning to movement after long periods of exclusion from traditional fitness spaces. This includes beginners, disabled individuals, and those who have felt overlooked or misunderstood by conventional training methods.
Movement at The Hypermobile PT is not about aesthetics or pushing limits; it is about creating safer and more sustainable strength, improving daily function, and supporting long-term wellbeing.
