I’m a certified personal trainer, exercise referral specialist (supporting people with long-term health conditions), and movement coach specialising in flexibility, mobility, and rebuilding strength after injury and setbacks.
I help people who feel stuck between finishing physio and returning to real training rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain confidence in their bodies.
