Hi, I'm Hannah.
I'm a Women's Health & Fitness Coach with over 6 years of experience supporting women of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities- and I genuinely love what I do.
Throughout my career, I noticed something that frustrated me: women's health was consistently under-served in the fitness industry. So I made it my mission to change that- one client at a time.
I work with women navigating a whole range of experiences, including PCOS, endometriosis, infertility, perimenopause, menopause, pre and postnatal health, disordered eating, obesity, anxiety, and everything in between.
No two women are the same, which is exactly why I take a holistic, personalised approach to every single client.
Here's what you won't find with me: a one-size-fits-all plan, obsessing over the scales, or being told to just "eat less and move more."
What you will find is a coach who actually listens.
Together, we'll find movement you genuinely enjoy- inside or outside the gym, we build a healthy relationship with food that doesn't involve restriction, and work on the confidence and mindset shifts that make everything else click into place.
Mental health sits at the heart of everything I do. I truly believe that when you feel better mentally, positive physical changes follow naturally. As someone who lives with anxiety myself, I know firsthand how powerful the right kind of movement can be- not as punishment, but as something that actually makes you feel good.
My focus is always on you- your feelings, your wins, your goals.
We celebrate progress that has nothing to do with a number on a scale, because the real changes happen when you start feeling strong, confident, and like yourself again.

I’ve worked with Hannah for 8 months and I’ve come so far, we’ve built up my strength- doing exercises and lifting weights I never thought I would be able to do and most importantly I’m starting to feel confident in myself. I’ve always been a bit of a yo-yo dieter, my weight has fluctuated from 13st to 10st causing me to have quite an unhealthy relationship with food. I started having weekly sessions with Hannah 10 months ago, not only have the sessions kept me motivated in the gym but she has also helped educate me about nutrition, alcohol and how a restrictive diet doesn’t work. She does a lot more than just a session a week, she checks in on my diet, steps and weekly challenges and keeps me accountable without being a total sadist. - Flo M
I was nervous and had zero self-confidence about fitness or nutrition and even getting the guts to start with Hannah was a big deal for me. But it’s something I am so glad I done and haven’t looked back since! Not only does she big me up with my fitness journey, she bigs me up in life and gives me such a boost about how much I can make this change FOR ME. She never makes me feel guilty for when I fall off the wagon but she kicks my butt back on that wagon and rides alongside me to continue the journey together! As a female, Hannah has been very aware and supportive of my needs. She has altered my workouts to push me more when I was feeling strong, and has encouraged me to continue when I’ve been feeling awful. She goes above and beyond, by researching conditions and finding out exercises or stretches which can help.
