I am a Women's Fitness Specialist. I have experience working with Women of all ages and abilities. Helping individuals who suffer from PCOS, Endometriosis, Infertility, Obesity, Disordered Eating & Mental Health Issues. I also help Women who are Pre & Post Natal as well as Peri & Post-Menopausal, and more.
I’ve been a Coach for just over 3 years and throughout that time found that Women's Health was a very under prioritized area within the Fitness Industry. It is my goal to have a holistic view of Women's Health and help you to feel your best. My aim is to encourage women to feel strong, healthy, and confident. I educate you on ways to live and maintain a healthier lifestyle. We find a method that works for you. I encourage you to find ways of enjoying exercise out with the gym environment, create and maintain a healthy relationship with food without restricting you, and help to develop confidence and positive mindset around your body.
Helping you improve your Mental Health is something I focus on massively. I am a firm believer that by feeling better about your Mental Health, this will encourage so many positive lifestyle changes. As someone who suffers from anxiety, exercise helps reduce this and makes me feel more confident.

I’ve worked with Hannah for 8 months and I’ve come so far, we’ve built up my strength- doing exercises and lifting weights I never thought I would be able to do and most importantly I’m starting to feel confident in myself. I’ve always been a bit of a yo-yo dieter, my weight has fluctuated from 13st to 10st causing me to have quite an unhealthy relationship with food. I started having weekly sessions with Hannah 10 months ago, not only have the sessions kept me motivated in the gym but she has also helped educate me about nutrition, alcohol and how a restrictive diet doesn’t work. She does a lot more than just a session a week, she checks in on my diet, steps and weekly challenges and keeps me accountable without being a total sadist. - Flo M
I was nervous and had zero self-confidence about fitness or nutrition and even getting the guts to start with Hannah was a big deal for me. But it’s something I am so glad I done and haven’t looked back since! Not only does she big me up with my fitness journey, she bigs me up in life and gives me such a boost about how much I can make this change FOR ME. She never makes me feel guilty for when I fall off the wagon but she kicks my butt back on that wagon and rides alongside me to continue the journey together! I walk away from our sessions each time as the most confident I have felt in a long time and it will be long journey to get to my goals but I know that Hannah will be there the whole way cheering me on and guiding me with her amazing nutritional advice, fitness expertise and more importantly, giving me the energy, confidence and ass-kicking as and when needed! As a female, Hannah has been very aware and supportive of my needs. She has altered my workouts to push me more when I was feeling strong, and has encouraged me to continue when I’ve been feeling awful. She goes above and beyond, by researching conditions and finding out exercises or stretches which can help.
