First & foremost I am a lover of horses, dogs and people. I love science and learning about how our amazing body works and being able to share that information with you. I am a chemist and spent 15 years in the industry (most of which revolved around hormone therapy products) and I gave that up to help you!
I have over 30 years of personal research on diet and exercise with the purpose of gaining a deeper understanding in regards to how diet and exercise affects your hormone profile, performance and body fat levels.
