"Train hard to live easy"
Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2017 I have had the privilege of working with many people of different ages, sizes and skill levels; all working towards training hard to live easy. Personal training is my absolute greatest passion in life, and I believe that there isn’t one set way of achieving your goals - everyone's journey is completely personal and unique to them!
I have struggled with my weight and personal appearance for as long as I can remember, and I believe this is what allows me to add that personal touch to my training programmes and relationships with my clients; as I know what it is like to go through the highs and the lows of weight loss.

Why Did I Become a PT?
I first started at the gym at the age of 16, being too afraid to hit the weights as I was terrified that they would make me even bigger than I already was. I was very much a cardio bunny to begin with; and after a few months I got bored with the gym and decided to quit. It was only when I was 21 did I decide to face my fear of the gym again, this time getting a free 30 minute session with a PT.
He killed me. Though to this day I still believe that's an understatement.
He introduced me to weight training and helped me with my nutrition; and the weight started to fly off! I then realised that the confidence and empowerment I felt training was transferring into my everyday life, and this feeling was one I wanted to help others find. So I got my qualification and started building my business. 5 years later, here I am!
How Does Online Training Work?
I will sit down with you, either in-person or via zoom, and discuss what you would like to achieve. I will then create a tailored training plan around that, making sure it’s fun and it works around your lifestyle. I personally believe that this is what keeps my clients motivated and happy, especially when they start to see the results.
You will then be set up on my app, where you will have access to everything you need - including being able to log your workouts so that you can monitor your own progress! Each week we will have a catch-up to see if you need anything changing in your programme, no matter how big or small I am happy to accommodate!

Hollie has been the first and only PT I’ve ever had and she's been absolutely awesome. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the gym, especially going on my own but she’s given me the confidence to branch out of the ladies section and into the main gym area. I’ve gotten so much stronger and will actually request to train legs now which I never thought I’d be doing! I’ve seen an improvement in my fitness and feel so much more confident in myself.
