For over a decade, I led soldiers as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Captain—until life threw me an unrelenting curveball: a catastrophic injury that triggered chronic pelvic pain, a medical discharge, and a brutal inner reckoning.
The pain forced me to stop grinding and start healing. Physically. Emotionally. Spiritually.
That journey became the foundation of Harmonized Fitness.
