I can’t thank Paul enough for being the PT that he is. Always going out of his way to take into account my ever changing life events and to keep everything fresh and motivating.
Nothing is ever too much bother, even when I’m overwhelmed trying to fit so many things in, Paul will do what he can to work around my schedule and create a workout that still pushes me and takes into account life. KARYN H
Since joining up and undertaking PT sessions with Paul my confidence in a gym environment has grown massively. I am now able to use machines that I once considered 'scary' and perform exercises that I would never have attempted by myself!
I signed up as a client of Paul's with a goal of getting in shape 6 months before my summer holiday as I felt I needed that accountability. Paul tailored my workouts around me being a full time working mum to ensure I got the best results and always kept sessions fun and motivating.

Came to Paul after lower back / hip issues preventing me from running and then to lose some weight. I’ve been working with Paul for almost a year now, physically I am in the best shape that I have ever been. Mentally, I feel more confident and motivated. I’ve been able to maintain a weight loss of around 16kg, which I couldn’t have imagined over a year ago. I am really looking forward the next chapter of my training and seeing even more changes! Having Paul as a PT has been good. He is patient, knows what he is talking about and he is there for you as a friend if u need to talk to him privately if your struggling mentally or physically. Apart from that Paul is a good guy who makes you laugh when he is dancing during p. t 😇 and has a lovely family too. TRACY B
I have been training with Paul for nearly a year and a half. He has helped me through serious health problems to get me fit and healthy again. He understood my limits whilst helping push me further. Great guy and great trainer. I highly recommend him. SUSAN B
I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who wants to get into fitness, I trained with him twice a week for just over a year and not only did I gain a lot of confidence in the gym but also in myself. I always reached the goals I was aiming towards and feel a lot more comfortable going into the gym myself now as-well. Well, that's a new milestone.....took a punt at a new pair of jeans that are 6inch smaller on the waist than when started workouts and they are a decent fit. Andrew M

I have loved this month's PT sessions using the free weights again! However, yesterday we changed things up, focused on form and increasing weights whilst maintaining correct form for pump class. This time last year if you asked me to up my weights in a class, I would have curled up in a ball and probably cried! Thanks Paul, for giving me the confidence to improve! Hey mr, just wanted to say thanks. Shockingly there were no tears tonight on the way home. So glad to have no injuries. So yeah, thanks for making me see sense and take the much needed rest. I try to stick to a pretty positive outlook, but it was pointed out to me tonight that my mindset has shifted somewhat in the last few weeks. So, time to realign and get my head in the game.
I can sometimes let myself get downhearted and disappointed because ive spent so long expecting big loses on the scales. It's taking a little bit of getting used to, with a slower pace.
When I put my photos together, it's clear to see that what i'm doing is working and the scales are not the be all and end all right now. I need to learn how to have a bit more faith in myself, recognize the progress i'm making and be proud!
