Hi! My name is Cole and I help adults reach their weight loss goals and increase self-efficacy through scientifically proven, creative and engaging exercise routines.

I have been an NSCA certified personal trainer since 2016 and I have helped many clients just like you reach their goals. Education
Through my undergraduate and graduate coursework I have learned a great deal about the different body systems and how they affect our health. My primary focus in my studies has been limitations in the musculoskeletal system and the proper techniques in how to overcome those in order to reach a higher functioning status, leading to more control of weight management.
Personal Story
I have been at an unhealthy weight before, my clothes did not fit, and I did not FEEL good about myself. I felt disgusted with myself. My rock bottom moment to lose the weight was stepping on the scale and realizing that I was borderline obese. I put in the extra effort to lose the weight, ate healthier, exercised more and differently and I have since lost the weight, and I FEEL better about myself. I hope to build as strong as habits in your life!
