I am passionate about introducing individuals to fitness. I know firsthand what it feels like to decide that you want to commit to increasing your fitness, only to quickly get overwhelmed and overstimulated with the amount of options and information available. I love being able to make fitness a little more simple and help my clients find ways to move their bodies. I design workouts around resistance training, which can mean moving dumbbells, barbells, or even just your bodyweight - all with the goal that you will learn to actively contribute to your health and wellbeing and appreciate how strong you really are!
