I’m a health and fitness enthusiast, business owner, a father and I'm also a type 1 diabetic which I was diagnosed with at the age of 4. Due to the latter, I learned very early on in life the importance of looking after myself which meant prioritising my health & fitness and also my mindset towards life.
Juggling various areas of my life such as optimising my health and fitness whilst running a business hasn’t been easy, but I can honestly say that I've cracked the code to obtain a great balance across these areas.
It wasn’t always this way, however. In my younger years (let’s say my twenties) I also went through the typical stages of adolescence; partying…alcohol…eating whatever was easy and looked good at the time.
It’s safe to say that during that time period, my health and fitness took a back seat.
As I'm sure you’ll agree, that lifestyle comes at a price, however, and in my late twenties I managed to turn things around for the better.
My philosophy towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle whilst sculpting a bulletproof mindset comes down to two things…
Attitude and Consistency.
I place the bulk of my focus on nutrition, exercise and instilling positive lifestyle habits to ensure that I and my clients are at the top of our game.
So the question you’re probably asking yourself right now - How can I help you?
I work with many individuals who lead busy, time-sensitive and often stressful lives, who feel that they have prioritised other areas such as their career and family, whilst placing their health and fitness on the back burner.
Social events with friends and family, alcohol consumption, eating out weekly - I get it, it’s great at the time…But now you’re finding all those events are catching up with you as you look down at your waistline and find that the outfit that once fitted you like a glove has become a tighter fit.
Career is booming due to all the hours you are putting in, but when you get home your ‘zombiefied’ exhausted body collapses on the sofa, absent energy after a day’s work.
Showing up for the family could be better too. You're somewhat present at bedtime, but nodding off as you’re trying to get through your story with the little ones, not exactly what they look forward to now is it?
When was the last time you were intimate with your partner? You’re either too exhausted to ‘get it on’ or maybe you just don’t feel attractive. Perhaps you’re wondering if they don’t find you attractive anymore.
