"After completing a 6 week training course with Becci Skelton MTB Training, I booked another 6 weeks as I thought it was so good.
So why Becci ? I have known Becci from racing Downhilll for a few years and seeing her hard work and transformation on a bike I wanted some of that. Setting up the programme was super easy. Filled some forms in online , answered some questions on what I wanted and Becci produced a programme specific for my needs.
Coming back from a shoulder injury, it was built around getting the movement and strength back in that shoulder and improving my overall strength and fitness.
Each day, the easy to use app, shows you what to do with simple videos if you don't know how to do the exercise. If you are still unsure, Becci is on hand to give advice and support. She is always at the end of the phone and will give advice on form via videos.
Not only is it a fitness programme it also about nutrition. Yes she nagged me about eating Mini Cheddars and not drinking enough water but neither are good for you and my diet has improved since training with her.
The programme gave me back my confidence, fitness and strength, especially in my shoulder. Before I started I couldn't even do a press up due to injury but now I smash them out all the time. This strength has improved my riding and after the 1st 6 weeks. I won an enduro race and a dh race.
Becci will push you but she knows how to get the results for you. The training is hard at times but a quick pep talk from Becci, and you are back in the game.
This programme wasn't a one size fits all it was made personal for me, and that combined with Becci's support and drive to get you to the best version of you is why i would recommend her and her training course."

Anna has been riding for a while but is just getting into enduro racing and wanted some help with her training and confidence for it.
"I heard of Becci through mountain biking and the bit of racing that I attempted to do. I followed her on instagram and had met her at a few downhill races, despite not knowing me she was really supportive and really chatty at the start line.

Queenie
Queenie is an enduro rider who had been going to the gym for a while but didnt really have a clear guidance on her training. She wanted to get in shape and gain some strength and confidence on the bike for the upcoming season.
"I chose to start training with Becci because I’d followed her on Instagram for a while so I knew she knew her stuff.
When I started seeing the results coming from her first load of clients I knew that it was worth giving her program a go. I’d been going to the gym for a while but with no clear idea on what I was doing or if it was beneficial to my riding, so having a program to follow and someone to be accountable to was definitely what I needed to step things up a bit.
As the training is personalised to your requirements/equipment available I found it easy to fit in to my week and the app Becci provides you with is extremely handy for tracking progress and also for setting up timers etc during your workouts. The training itself has been challenging, but just the right amount to keep pushing me without me ending up wanting to give up.
On the bike I started feeling the benefits within the first few weeks – the strength elements teamed with the mobility exercises Becci gave me made a huge amount of difference in my ability to move around on the bike and support myself on fast sections.
I feel so much fitter and stronger, on and off the bike and this in turn has given me a huge boost in confidence. Amazing how getting physically stronger can help your mental strength too!
I’ve been training with Becci through a pretty strange time in all our lives – never would have thought that 3 weeks in we’d be in lockdown with gyms closed, but she’s been there throughout, always happy to answer questions and amend the workouts if your equipment list changes.
