I have trained with Anne for more than 2 years. Getting up to meet for 5:00am sessions is not something that most trainers look forward to, but I know I looked forward to our sessions. Focusing on body weight as opposed to bulking up was more of my preference and Anne was great at changing up the workouts and keeping it motivating. I truly miss her, but would highly recommend her to anyone seeking personal training. Wishing you all the BEST !!

I trained with Anne for several years. I was born with cerebral palsy and as an adult, I deal with several lingering effects. Anne showed me how to make my body stronger despite decades of my thinking that I was as "good as I would ever be." She never accepted that I couldn't do something and over time, I came to believe in myself as well.

I trained with Anne for many years. She is the best at what she does. She teaches mind, body and soul. She uses practical techniques you can use in your everyday life. She holds you accountable and makes you think. There is more than just raising a dumbbell to greater health and strength. I miss her everyday.

I was a client of Anne's for about 3 years. As a 60+ guy who has had several trainers I can say that Anne is at the top of my list. She's careful, thoughtful and interested in the best way to help you meet your goals. She is more interested in a solid strategy than the fad of the month. She knows the new stuff, but her focus is on healthy strategies to improve your entire body and encourage health. Even though we are now in different parts of the state I still occasionally ask for advice via email. It’s always well-reasoned and helpful. She made a difference in my flexibility and strength.

Anne was my personal trainer for several years in Georgetown, Texas, until I moved to Dallas a year ago. Anne is professional, knowledgeable, personable, fun, thoughtful, and interesting to talk to, and expert on helping one get and stay in good physical condition, working on strengthening and core exercises and balance, including mental!, good nutrition, and general all round fitness. Every other person I talked to in the Georgetown gym for whom Anne was their personal trainer shared my high opinion of her!
