Background: Grew up a track and field athlete, served as the captain of Davidson College's Division 1 team. Graduated and spent 6 years as a US Army Officer, served in leadership of finance operations in Kuwait and logistics operations for basic training.
I now serve as a personal trainer and coach in person and via online coaching and consulting.
My foundation in yoga guides my personal training in regard to body and muscle balance as well as in the overall balance of living fully. We must care for ourselves mentally, physically, and emotionally for balance.
