Exercise has always been a daily part of my life and having 2 babies exercise was important to get my body back into shape but also to strengthen my body as I started to get older. Exercise and Nutrition has always been very import in helping me deal with stress, tiredness, brain fog and energy. As I age I have started to do more strength trained using kettlebells, weights and resistance to make me strong and tighten up my skin. My exercise programme is easy and can be done in the home to work around busy lives and a nutritional programme that is not expensive, delicious and great for the whole family. My programme will help you not only lose weight but change your exercise and eating habits to maintain long term weightloss and gain lean muscle to become a fat burning machine.
Qualifications
Level 3 Personal Training and Advanced Diploma in Nutrition achieved in 2018 and 2019
Boxercise Instructor June 2019
