How It Works
Set up your free consultation
This is a general health and fitness screening. This will help dictate the best exercise program for you based on your fitness level and goals.
After the free consultation, we will schedule your first session which is where we will take some baseline measurements to measure your progress and also begin exercising.
My Method
I use a combination of strength, cardiovascular, flexibility, balance, core and in some cases agility/plyometric exercises to help people achieve their health and fitness goals.
I see clients 3 days per week for 60 minutes per session. During this time you will learn to exercise properly and progressively at your own pace. Depending on your goals, you may also receive some "homework" which involves some simple exercises on days you don't see me and/or keeping a food/activity log.

Personal Training
One on one personal training. Program is designed specifically to your needs, goals and schedule.
