I trained with Matt for half a year. He is very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of effective advices which worked very well for me. I was particualr weak on the shoulder and back, suffering constant shoulder pain, Matt was very patient knew which particular movements which I should avoid. Highly recommended

Matt is really friendly and always asks how I am, which is really important especially because this is where you start to build a level of trust with your personal trainer. Training with Matt is fun and incredibly effective! He's incredibly knowledgable and has tailored my workouts based on my health needs and always explains the workouts to me! Within weeks of training with him I started seeing results! He's easy to talk to, understanding, motivates and encourages me every step of the way - especially when I feel like giving up! I did boxing with Matt which was a lot of fun and he made me realise how much fun boxing and exercising can be in general. He's a great person to go to for advice on healthy eating and advice on supplement intake. Matt explains things in a way that's easy to understand and always answers any questions!
