As a certified fitness trainer, I'm deeply trained in everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics. I graduated from McNeese University in 2006, with my Bachelor of Science. This is a nationally accredited undergraduate program that trains students rigorously in the application of exercise science for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and conditions, human performance, and health and well-being.
